Isometric Squat Holds

For our isometric squats we're doing a squat but then just holding it there so same rules apply with any other squat. You want your feet about shoulder width apart - if not a little bit wider - then you're going to drop down and hold. Make sure you slightly sit back and keep all the weight in your heels. Keep your chest up and forward facing. Just hold it right there.
