You're going to reach both your arms out and extend your legs. Start squeezing your glutes and your lower back and just flutter back and forth. Make sure that your neck is staying in a neutral spine and you're looking straight down. Your neck is not extended and it's also not tucked in but just kept in a neutral spine.
