Feet Elevated Crunch

Keep your feet hovering about 6 inches to a foot off the ground. Make sure the whole time that you're sucking your abs in towards your spine. Place your hands behind you or under your glutes. Rise up with your chest and just make sure that you're not going too far up either. Start doing a slight crunch and then repeat while keeping your legs in the same spot above the ground.
